Content Policy

What you can create

Mainstream, legal apparel is welcome. That includes everyday outfits, swimwear, activewear and gym wear, streetwear, formal and editorial fashion, costumes, and cosplay.

What is not allowed

You may not use AIClothSwap to create or upload:

• Nudity, sexual, or sexually explicit content of any kind. AIClothSwap adds clothing — it is not a clothes remover and will not produce undressed or sexualized imagery.
• Any content involving minors, and anything that sexualizes or resembles a minor. The subject in every photo you upload must be an adult.
• Non-consensual or impersonating images of real people, including using someone’s likeness without their permission or to imply endorsement.
• Illegal, hateful, harassing, or violent material, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.

Your responsibility

By uploading a photo and generating a result, you confirm that the person shown is an adult (18+) and that you have the right to use the image. You are responsible for both the person photo and the outfit references you provide.

How we enforce this

Uploads are screened automatically, and content that violates this policy is blocked before generation. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination of your account. Where the law requires it — in particular anything involving minors — we report to the relevant authorities.

Fast and High Quality

Fast and High Quality are the same service at different speeds and levels of detail. They apply the same content policy — the choice only affects how quickly your swap renders and how fine the final detail is, never what is allowed.
